Not worth $10k in my opinion, and i'm not a fan of the landau top, but damn that's a clean build.

If I owned it, I think i'd probably remove the cream bed cover and rip out the bed carpeting to make it practical, and maybe lose the landau top, but aside from that it looks fantastic imho.

Needs Cadillac wheels, too. Everything else looks like the way the factory would've done it

At first I thought this was a flower car, but then I saw the 5 lug wheels and no, this is really just a deville with the roof cut off.

Ditch that stupid 4.9 V8 and drop in a LSX, make it RWD with a ford 9"

Rip the landau roof off

Repaint the whole car black with a black bed cover

C6 5 spoke wheels

Put the post redesign front end on it

Add the stiffer rate springs/shocks from the livery chassis cars

and you'd have one really confusing fast car

For that amount of work, would probably be easier just buying a Fleetwood and doing the ute conversion instead.

Also it's really difficult to tell the Fleetwood and the Deville from that era apart with a quick glance, so it'd end up looking about the same.

Valid, but I'm not a bodyman. I bet that UTE conversion didn't come cheap either

I think this front end looks a bit better to
